Our patent-pending business method of making the HVAC sale a part of the home purchase or refinance will shift the HVAC sale from its current, twice-yearly seasonal peaks to the year-round home sale/refinance events, while eliminating all upfront costs for the customer and the contractor (HOEP carries the equipment cost).

Currently, HVAC advertising is directed at the seasonal change market. HOEP is shifting the market to the year-round customer/lender/realtor interaction. Our mortgage lending partners around the country offer their customers an opportunity to replace their HVAC systems when refinancing by rolling the entire cost of equipment and installation into the mortgage.

Our lending and realtor partners ask every customer if they would like to include a brand-new HVAC system into their home mortgage. If the customer shows interest, the lender submits a request for bid (RFB) to the HOEP system. As a registered HOEP contractor, you will recieve the RFB's in your area.*
